The Launch of the Skills-Plang
The Skills-Plang is Luxembourg’s new strategic initiative designed to support employers and employees through the rapid transformations of the world of work — from digitalisation to ecological transition.
Launched by the Ministry of Labour and coordinated by the Agence pour le Développement de l’Emploi (ADEM), the Skills-Plang provides financial aid and dedicated consulting support to help companies identify skill gaps, design upskilling and reskilling paths, and organize tailored training plans.
