Cancellation Policy

The discovery call is a fundamental tool to help you refine your goals. For this reason, non-show and late cancellations are charged a flat fee of 30EUR unless a rebooking is made. If the rebooking session is then cancelled the flat fee is charged irrespective of a new booking. By booking the discovery call you are specifically accepting this policy.
