I am Eulalia Codipietro, founder of MoveToJoy. I serve as an alchemist at the intersection of Corporate and Creativity, of Rigor and Joy, through a unique practice that blends coaching for women leaders with consulting for organizations.

My mission is to help women and organizations turn adversity into opportunity, and, for organizations, foster a climate of innovation and productivity through a powerful combination of transformative levers, strategic DE&I inclusion and well-being.

This mission is delivered through two complementary paths:

• As a Coach, I partner with women leaders, high-achievers, creatives and visionaries to build unshakable mindset, self-empowerment, and resilience. We work together to overcome internal and external roadblocks, paving the way to profound professional fulfillment and success by integrating Neuroscience of Joy and Creative Intelligence.

• As a Consultant, I support organizations in building and enhancing gender-balanced practices. This goes beyond ethics; it's a strategic performance driver. The data is clear: diverse leadership teams consistently outperform their peers, proving that inclusivity directly fuels profitability and organisational resilience. My work translates this evidence into actionable strategies that empower women to advance and contribute meaningfully.​

This dual approach is rooted in my own journey, a living testament to the integration I guide my clients to achieve. For years, I mastered the language of metrics and strategy in the high-stakes worlds of finance and consulting. I understood the architecture of success, yet felt a growing void—as if this mastery was only half a life.

My parallel life as a dancer, painter, and writer was my sanctuary, where I connected to a sense of purpose and an intuitive wisdom that logic could never provide. I was living the very "split" I now help others heal.

​

I created MoveToJoy as the bridge I needed to cross. It represents the synthesis of my two worlds: Corporate and Creative; the rigorous, evidence-based approach of neuroscience with the transformative power of emotional mastery and creativity.

My proprietary 5E Framework is the structured methodology born from this fusion, designed to guide you from the friction of "either/or" to the fluent, powerful dialogue of "and."

​

My ultimate goal is singular: to empower women leaders and creatives, and their organizations, to stop choosing between peak performance and profound fulfillment.
