I am Eulalia Codipietro, founder of MoveToJoy, a consulting and coaching practice which serves women leaders and entrepreneurs, and organisations.

I help women and organisations to turn adversity into opportunities, and to foster a climate of innovation and productivity through DE&I and well-being.

With coaching, I help women leaders and entrepreneurs with mindset, self-empowerment and resilience, by enabling them to overcome roadblocks and reach professional fulfilment and success.​

On the consulting side, I support the set-up and enhancement of gender-balanced practices, which are strategic enablers of business performance and innovation.
